Most women’s multivitamins are a dusting of cheap nutrients built to check a box. When we formulated THRIVE+, we wanted the opposite: one daily foundation that actually reflects how a woman’s hormones, thyroid, metabolism, and energy work together — using forms of nutrients your body can genuinely use. If you’ve been taking three or four separate products to cover your bases, this is the one designed to replace most of that shelf.
What it is
THRIVE+ is a practitioner-formulated women’s daily foundation — 35+ nutrients in a four-capsule serving (30 servings per bottle). It’s built in three layers: a complete, well-formed multivitamin base; a set of targeted botanicals and actives for hormone metabolism and mood; and metabolic and thyroid cofactors most multis leave out.
- Methylated B-vitamins — folate as L-5-MTHF (1,360 mcg DFE) and B12 as methylcobalamin (500 mcg), the active forms your body doesn’t have to convert.
- DIM (100 mg) + sulforaphane from broccoli extract (30 mg) + calcium D-glucarate — a trio that supports healthy estrogen metabolism.
- Inositol (500 mg), alpha-lipoic acid (90 mg), and chromium (300 mcg) — for healthy blood-sugar and metabolic function.
- Iodine (150 mcg) + selenium (70 mcg) + zinc (20 mg) — the core cofactors thyroid hormone production depends on.
- Saffron extract (30 mg) and L-theanine (100 mg) — for mood and a calm, steady baseline.
- CoQ10 (50 mg), NAC (300 mg), taurine, grape seed, lutein — cellular energy, antioxidant, and beauty support.
How it works
Think of it as covering four systems at once. The methylated B-complex and choline feed methylation and energy metabolism — the background machinery for how you make energy and process hormones. DIM, sulforaphane, and calcium D-glucarate support the body’s normal estrogen-metabolism pathways, which is why women navigating cycle changes and perimenopause tend to care about them. Iodine, selenium, and zinc are the thyroid cofactors, since the thyroid can’t do its job without the raw materials. And inositol, ALA, chromium, and CoQ10 support metabolic and cellular energy — the “why am I so tired at 3pm” layer.
What it supports & who it’s for
THRIVE+ is designed to support hormone balance, healthy metabolism and blood-sugar function, steady energy, mood, thyroid function, and healthy hair, skin, and nails.
It tends to be a good fit if you’re a woman who wants one well-built daily instead of a cabinet full of bottles; if you’re in your late 30s through perimenopause and noticing shifts in energy, mood, or your cycle; or if you want your foundation to actually include hormone- and thyroid-supportive ingredients rather than just vitamins A through zinc.
What the evidence shows
We’ll be straight with you: a multivitamin is a foundation, not a magic bullet. The strongest, best-established value here is filling the common nutrient gaps women actually have — active folate, B12, vitamin D, iodine, and magnesium among them. The targeted actives (DIM, inositol, saffron) each have a meaningful and growing body of research behind their roles, and we chose evidence-supported doses rather than “fairy dusting” a pinch for the label. What a daily foundation does best is give the rest of your routine — sleep, protein, movement, and any targeted products — a complete base to work from.
How to take it
Take four capsules daily, with a meal. Food matters here: the fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K2) and CoQ10 absorb better alongside a little dietary fat. Most women take all four with breakfast or lunch; because it contains B-vitamins and CoQ10 that can feel mildly energizing, earlier in the day is usually better than late evening. Give any foundational formula a full 8–12 weeks of consistent use before you judge it.
Who should be cautious
Because THRIVE+ actively supports estrogen metabolism (DIM, sulforaphane) and provides iodine, a few people should check with a clinician — ours or their own — before starting: anyone pregnant or nursing; anyone with a diagnosed thyroid condition such as Hashimoto’s or hyperthyroidism (iodine needs individual guidance here); anyone with a hormone-sensitive condition; and anyone on hormonal therapy, thyroid medication, or other prescriptions, since a few nutrients can interact. When in doubt, bring the label to your provider.
FAQ
Can I take THRIVE+ instead of my regular multivitamin?
That’s exactly what it’s built for — it’s a complete daily foundation, so for most women it replaces a standard multi (and often a few add-ons too).
Do I need to take all four capsules at once?
No. Four capsules is the daily serving; you can split them (two with breakfast, two with lunch) if that’s easier on your stomach.
Is there iron in it?
No. We intentionally left iron out, since many women don’t need supplemental iron daily and it’s best dosed based on your labs. If your bloodwork shows you need it, we’d add it separately.
Will the DIM affect my birth control or hormone therapy?
It can influence estrogen metabolism, so if you’re on hormonal contraception or HRT, check with your provider or book a consult with our team first.
