What it is
KLOW combines four research peptides: GHK-Cu, KPV, BPC-157, and TB-500. It’s essentially the GLOW blend (GHK-Cu, BPC-157, TB-500) with KPV added. Each has its own body of laboratory research.
The four components (in research)
GHK-Cu — a naturally occurring copper peptide studied heavily in skin and collagen-related research.
KPV — a tripeptide fragment of alpha-MSH studied for inflammatory signaling (we cover it on its own too).
BPC-157 — a 15-amino-acid peptide studied in tissue-repair and gastrointestinal research models.
TB-500 — a synthetic fragment of thymosin beta-4, studied in tissue-repair research.
What researchers study it for
The components are studied in research related to skin, inflammatory signaling, and tissue repair. These are research directions — not established human uses, and not a suggestion of personal use. The same careful line applies to every peptide in this series.
Where the science stands
Each individual peptide has meaningful preclinical research and limited human data. A four-way blend has even less controlled data on how the components behave together — combinations are studied far less than single compounds. Interesting in the lab; early in humans, and earlier still as a blend.

KLOW is not FDA-approved and is sold for research use only — not for human or veterinary use. Note that BPC-157, KPV, and TB-500 were all named in the July 2026 FDA compounding vote, but that non-binding recommendation doesn’t change their current approval status.
