GLOW: Inside the GHK-Cu / BPC-157 / TB-500 Blend

GLOW is a research blend — three peptides combined in one — and blends deserve a little extra clarity, because you’re really looking at three separate research stories at once. This is educational, and GLOW is a research-use-only product, not an approved medicine.

What it is

GLOW combines three research peptides: GHK-Cu, BPC-157, and TB-500. Each has its own body of laboratory research, and the blend brings them together in a single vial. Here’s what each component is studied for.

The three components (in research)

GHK-Cu is a copper-binding peptide that occurs naturally in the body. In research — including a good deal of skin and cosmetic-science work — it’s studied in the context of skin appearance and collagen-related pathways.

BPC-157 is a 15-amino-acid peptide studied primarily in tissue-repair and gastrointestinal research models (we cover it in depth in its own article).

TB-500 is a synthetic fragment of thymosin beta-4, a naturally occurring protein, studied in models of tissue repair and recovery.

What researchers study it for

Taken together, the blend’s components are studied in research related to skin and tissue-repair signaling. These are research directions, not established human uses, and not a suggestion of personal use — the same careful distinction that applies to every peptide in this series.

Where the science stands

Each component has meaningful preclinical research and limited human clinical data. Blends add a further wrinkle: combinations are studied far less than individual compounds, so there’s even less controlled data on how these three behave together. Interesting in the lab; early in humans.

Regulatory & safety context

GLOW is not FDA-approved and is sold for research use only — not for human or veterinary use. Note that BPC-157 and TB-500 were among the peptides in the July 2026 FDA compounding vote, but that recommendation is non-binding and doesn’t change their current approval status.

Why combine three peptides?
The idea is to bring together compounds studied for related repair and skin pathways. Just note that blends have less combined-use research than single peptides.

How is GLOW different from KLOW?
KLOW adds a fourth peptide (KPV) to a similar base. We cover KLOW separately in this series.

Is it approved for people?
No. It is a research-use-only blend and is not FDA-approved.
